The Membership Renewal Form 2020 can be downloaded, completed and returned to the club as directed.
Alternatively, the Membership Renewal can be submitted via the Online Membership Renewal Process as follows:
• Firstly pay the renewal amount by Electronic Fund Transfer as per the form details.
• Fill your details including your payment information (NOTE: if you are renewing for multiple members, each member must fill-in a separate online form).
• You MUST go to the end of the form and Submit. After you Submit you can click on the PDF and download a copy of your form. You will also receive a confirmation email, saying you have responded.
